Вопросы оказания высокотехнологичной медицинской помощи пациентам с сердечно-сосудистыми заболеваниями, проживающих в отдаленных регионах республики
Аннотация
Заболевания системы кровообращения накладывают значительное бремя на системы здравоохранения и государственные бюджеты любого государства. В связи с этим, болезни системы кровообращения давно признаются мировым сообществом как проблема, достигшая масштабов пандемии. В настоящее время в виду применения высокотехнологичной медицинской помощи (ВМП) больным с ИБС и ИМ на разных этапах смертность от этого заболевания во многих странах, в том числе и в Узбекистане, имеет тенденцию к снижению. Однако, все ещё остаются до конца нерешенными вопросы маршрутизации пациентов с сердечно-сосудистыми заболеваниями, проживающих в отдаленных регионах республики, для оказания высокотехнологичной медицинской помощи. В статье приведены результаты исследований, на основе проведенных опросов среди населения, по вопросам своевременности и качества оказания высокотехнологичной кардиологической помощи.
